“Dark Seasons” was one of the first joints I wrote for #ThePsychWard2. Apollo Brown is one of my favorite producers so this beat was a perfect fit. It kind of parallels “Breakdown” in that it’s more of a broad song talking about how I was feeling at a certain part of my life. This song also talks about one of my personal flaws in that I misinterpret messages that mean absolutely nothing. My homey Procyse of Soulfficial is featured on this song and I absolutely love his verse. He opened up his heart and talked about his struggle. Which is exactly why I chose him to be on this joint.
